Nursing Home’s new wing development
600m² of Chesterfelts breathable membrane was used on the Bradwell Nursing Home’s new wing development at Stoke-on-Trent.
The main roofing contractors Prestige Roofing used the Chesterbreathe Active membrane the new type LR (low resistance) classification product for use in energy efficient non ventilated pitched roof systems, BBA Certificate nos 04/4123 & 05/4240.
The membrane was installed on open rafters in the traditional manner, special eaves protection was used by fitting Chesterfelts bitumenised eaves strips to BS747 type 5U.
The product was supplied via area roofing distributors Capital Roofing, Stoke-on-Trent.
